Are all of the products on your website authentic?
Yes, all products are 100% authentic. I purchased them directly from POP MART in-store and online. If you would like proof of authenticity, contact me through email or social media.
How often do you restock?
Restocks depend on when I receive the products that I order online or pick up in-store. Restocks may be inconsistent due to the varying number of items I purchase and when they arrive. I will try to restock every week or two. Follow me on TikTok and Instagram for restock updates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for U.S. customers only. As of right now, I am unable to ship internationally. I apologize for the inconvenience.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping for in-stock items takes approximately 2-5 business days. You will be provided a tracking number along with the email confirmation that your order has shipped.
Can I return or exchange my item?
RETURN POLICY: No returns, exchanges, or refunds for all purchases. All sales are FINAL.
How do pre-orders work?
Items that are labeled “PRE-ORDER ONLY” will take longer to ship than normally available items. This is because POPMART takes about 9-14 business days to deliver the items to me. Once I receive the items from POPMART, I will ship them out as soon as possible.
All pre-order items available for purchase are CONFIRMED IN STOCK (they have already been ordered and are on their way to me right now). The delivery time may be shorter than expected.
These items are generally only pre-orderable for a short time.
